Many know trimmers URL to give away, but having one that offers the ability, capacity or authority, to protect the web address. While it is true, it is quite useless in a sense. But well better be the end user to decide the utility.

Trick.ly This is a completely free web service  that does not require any registration and is available only in English which allows the user to easily trim URLs, allowing you to assign a password to protect it that way unwanted people. In this key, the user may assign a word of "track" I can remember what password assigned.

Trick.ly has an intuitive interface that does not have much to offer users, but more than three simple text boxes. Obviously, the trimming process can be done without a password is assigned, that is additional end user decide according to their needs. They promise that your Web service will be available 100% since they have different methods of backup to ensure that Trick.ly will always be online. The utility that you can give to the web tool, is when for example you want to show a new project or web tool to your friends and do not want anyone else to see. But the rest is a bit tricky to get it.
