In case you don’t know, Twitpic is one of the most used Twitter services to share images, and now you can share videos too. This new feature was posted in the official Twitpic blog and they provided a test video showing the new feature in action.
The player is very similar to Vimeo’s, and you can upload video as simple as an image, from your pc or from your mobile. Sadly, you can’t embed the video; you can tweet it, and even share the link of the video, but you won’t be able to embed it (at least for now).
Another thing you won’t be able to do is download the videos, unless you use a third-party software to do it. Actually I manage to do it, very easy.
This is a great new feature that we Twitpic users are very happy to hear about.
