Creating a spacer in our bookmarks with Separatethis


If you’re like me, your bookmarks are completely messed up. Even if you folder them up, you’ll still have a mess. Thanks to the guys at Browser Scene I found a new utility for bookmark managing, it’s called Separatethis.

separateSeparatethis is a website that wants you to bookmark it. The bookmark will be a long dotted line (don’t worry, there are other styles) with no favincon. After bookmark it, just drag the bookmark or copy and paste it anywhere you want to create other spacers.

In case you’re wondering, the other styles are:

separatorsSadly, there is no vertical one, the best thing you can do in Chrome (Firefox support this natively) is add a nameless bookmark when separating in the bookmarks bar.

This bookmark was designed to work with Chrome and IE because, apparently, all other browsers have it already.
