This is a hoax. All it does is keep each other from seeing these things. It does NOTHING to keep your account safe from hackers or remove updates from the sidebar for others to see.

For the new timeline feature, try to get your friends to follow these instructions and it will protect your “likes” from those who participate. Good luck.

I am really trying to privatize my facebook as much as possible, so if you don’t mind please do both of us a favor: Hover over my name above. In a few seconds you’ll see a box that says “Subscribed”. Hover over that, then go to “Comments and Likes” and unclick it. That will stop my posts and yours to me from showing up on the side bar for everyone to see, but most importantly it limits hackers from invading our profiles. If you repost this I will do the same for you. You’ll know I’ve acknowledged you because if you tell me that you’ve done it I’ll “like” it

I have a question, how do you install other codecs for the portable version. I mean, the latest 2.6b runs on my 64bit Windows 7 but it does not recognize all codecs I have installed.

Any ideas?

I hid everything via “hide all likes activity” but it still shows up on other peoples wall. That sux!!!

Also, when will the new timeline be implemented to everybody?

I have a timeline, and one time my brother kept playing an app, and I think a virus appeared because my profile liked a bunch of pages, and I had no idea why. I unliked all the pages, but public and suscribers could still view some pages.
