Web and Graphic Designers need to update their repertory every once in a while, and learn new tricks and tools to improve the quality and creativity of their work. A great site that I always browse is Smashing Apps, that always post new and cool tutorials of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and almost all Adobe products.
